1. The company has established Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles. In addition, the Company has also revised the Code of Ethical Conduct, which was approved by the Board of Directors on March 23, 2015.
2. In the course of its operations, the Company has implemented the management policy of integrity and has been actively implementing the operational management requirements of the Board of Directors and the management.
3. The company regulates the newcomers to sign an employee commitment when reporting to the company, requiring all colleagues to comply with the principle of honesty, integrity and self-discipline work to avoid any illegal behavior.

The Company intended to establish a concurrent unit in 2021 to promote the operation of honest management and prevention of insider trading and related education and training, and to report to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
